– Non-Refundable Items: Customized products, installed CCTV systems, or items damaged due to misuse or neglect are non-refundable.

– Maintenance Services: For service packages with a subscription or recurring billing, you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of prepaid service periods.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from GarrisonFort Services. Returned items must be in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
